1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By completing the payment, the user is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these GamNex Terms of Service, as well as all related instructions and notices (which will be communicated by customer service before the order is placed).
1.2 Before proceeding with any top-up, the user must carefully read and understand the rules of the selected payment method to ensure full awareness and acceptance of the provided services and any applicable restrictions.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 The user acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights related to the top-up services (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and interface elements) are owned by GamNex.
2.2 The user shall respect and protect such intellectual property rights, and shall not use, copy, modify, or distribute any related content without prior written permission.
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Prohibited Third-Party Payment Methods
We only accept direct payments from the user. Payments made via unauthorized third-party payment services or intermediaries are strictly prohibited.
3.2 Transfer Note Requirements
The transfer note must not contain any sensitive words, prohibited content, or inappropriate remarks.
4. Refund & Top-Up Delay Policy
4.1 Refund Method
All refunds will be issued in the form of a GamNex coupon, which can only be used for future purchases, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Exception: If the top-up fails due to technical issues, the refund will be returned directly to the original payment account.
4.2 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are only accepted if the service or product has not been used or redeemed.
For payments made in currencies other than MYR, the refund amount may be reduced due to exchange rate differences or transaction fees. To avoid such losses, it is recommended to opt for a coupon refund.
4.3 Refund Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 1–5 business days.
4.4 Non-Refundable Cases
The user provides incorrect information during purchase (including but not limited to game title, server, in-game user ID, character name, account name, purchase amount, etc.).
The user changes their mind for personal reasons after purchase.
4.5 Account Top-Up Delay
For any top-up, if delays occur due to account-related risks or restrictions, the user must wait 24 hours, during which we will attempt to complete the top-up.
Refunds to the original payment account are not available within the 24-hour period; however, the user may choose to receive an equivalent coupon for future purchases.
5. Other Terms
5.1 Amendments to Terms
GamNex reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be published on the official website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
5.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations between both parties.
5.3 Service Usage Restrictions
GamNex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or allow a user to access the service without providing a reason or prior notice.
The user shall not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any customers obtained through the use of this platform.
